Housekeeping was not up to standard during our stay.

The access to the beach was incredible, and our family enjoyed spending time at the fire pits in the evening. Our room, while a bit cramped for a family of four, provided a nice view of the ocean that we loved waking up to each morning. The staff helped us with a pack n play for our infant, making our stay so much easier. We appreciated the close proximity to the pier and local restaurants for family outings.

We stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for a night and the beach access was pretty much the highlight for us. The hotel staff was really friendly when we needed a pack n play for our infant and helped setting it up without issue which I appreciated in the moment.

Sure it wasn't exactly a bargain but given the location it was still somewhat worth it.

Enjoying s'mores around the fire pits was such a magical experience, making for unforgettable cozy nights by the beach. The Sandcastle Hotel On The Beach offers stunning views of the ocean and easy beach access. The staff was professional and responsive, helping me set up necessary equipment for my business presentations. The comfortable beds and well-maintained rooms made for a pleasant work stay, allowing me to rest well after long days of meetings.

I stayed here for a quick solo getaway and I was really impressed by how clean and spacious my room was. The view of the ocean was just what I needed. I loved relaxing on the sun terrace and the beach loungers made for perfect sunbathing. The only downside was having to ask for soap since it wasn't provided, but it didn’t take away from the overall great experience! 😊

i really enjoyed my stay here. the location was perfect, just steps from the beach and great views from the balcony. my previous visits to pismo beach set the bar high, but this hotel exceeded expectations.

The outdoor area with fire pits offers a stunning view, making evenings truly special. Cleanliness was remarkable in the spacious room, and the parking situation was convenient. However, a lack of communication regarding the $25 parking fee and a non-cooling mini fridge were minor hiccups. The udon dish served at the cafe was unexpectedly delightful, although they ran out of hot chocolate.

I stayed for 1 night in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Partial Ocean View. The views were stunning, and access to the beach was just steps away. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. Complimentary bike rentals were a nice touch. Great spot for sunset watching! 🌅
